Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) or higher in a scientific, medical or healthcare discipline.
Minimum 5-7 years progressive experience in clinical operations within biotech/pharmaceutical sector.
Prior clinical trial experience including leadership/management.
Oncology experience is highly recommended.

Responsibilities

Manage study start up and trial monitoring staff in line with BeOne policies and regulations.
Participate in hiring and onboarding of new employees.
Ensure quality of clinical work through regular reviews.
Provide country-specific study start-up expertise to teams.
Coordinate with sites to achieve timely IRB/EC submissions and site activations.
Contribute to feasibility, site identification and evaluations.
Conduct CRA visits to assess performance and address issues.
Promote operating excellence and continuous improvement.
