Job summary

Disney Cruise Line is seeking a Senior Physician to oversee onboard health centers, delivering medical care to crew and guests and leading the health team. You will report to the Chief Physician (shore side) and the Staff Captain, ensuring clinical excellence, safety compliance, and seamless coordination with shoreside Medical Services.

Qualifications

• Must hold a medical degree and active license from an STCW country.
• Minimum 3 years in general/emergency/trauma/critical care.
• Maritime medical experience required.
• Certifications: BLS, PALS, ACLS, ATLS prior to joining.
• Strong computer literacy and EHR experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical services (evaluation and treatment) onboard.
• Lead onboard health center operations and team.
• Coordinate with shoreside Medical Services for referrals and debarks.
• Ensure accurate reporting and safety compliance.
• Mentor medical staff and supervise shipboard duties.
