Job summary
Conemco in Miami, Florida is seeking a PE Structural Engineer to join our on-site team. You will ensure structural integrity, lead design projects, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on concrete, steel, timber, and masonry systems.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Civil/Structural Engineering, a current US PE license, and strong knowledge of codes (ASCE 7, ACI 318, AISC 360). Proficiency in ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE, RAM, RISA, AutoCAD, and Revit is preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Active Professional Engineer (PE) license in the United States.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal). Spanish is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of structural engineering principles and codes.
Responsibilities
- Sign and seal structural drawings in compliance with licensing requirements.
- Lead and oversee structural engineering projects and calculations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for project execution.
- Prepare and review calculations, specs, and design documentation.
- Maintain professional ethics and ongoing PE licensure.
