Job summary

Valiant Integrated Services, LLC is seeking a Site Manager to lead on-site operations for the ARNG Mission Command Training Support Program (MCTSP). The role requires senior contractor leadership, to assist the MTC Commander, XO or S3/Operations Manager in manning, operations and training for the contract team at the Mission Training Complex (MTC).

The position is full-time and exempt, with responsibilities spanning LVC-g systems, staff management, and mission execution.

Qualifications

Fifteen (15) years’ supervisory experience.
CGSC/ILE or equally Military schooling (MEL 4 Senior Service).
Training Management experience IAW ADP 7.0, Training and TC 6-0.1 Mission Command Information Systems Integration Training and Qualification: Digital Crews.
Former Battalion or Brigade Commander or Battalion/Brigade XO/S3 with understanding of Army MCTSP.

Responsibilities

Performs on-site management for the Task Order Contract.
Management and supervision of all LVC-g capabilities, systems, tools, personnel and activities on MTC operations.
Works with TOM and MTC leaders in direct support of training and technical missions.
Leads mission analysis with stakeholders to define objectives, priorities, and project assignments.
Supervises Operations Manager, Program Analyst, and Property Manager in scheduling and travel planning.
Provides leadership to ensure staff cross-training on Mission Command Systems to support surge training needs.
Coordinates development of deliverables and products for the contract.
Directs staff in daily operations, goals, and performance and manages safety, quality, schedule and costs.
