Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience as a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager on multifamily, hotel or high-rise construction projects.
• Ability to interface directly with trade contractors, owners' representatives, and design teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all work complies with project requirements regarding quality, schedule, and budget.
• Oversee contract administration including subcontract negotiations and processing change requests.
• Develop, monitor and update project schedules and review project costs.
