Qualifications

• Senior level technical support for Core Network Routing and maintenance.
• Ability to mentor and guide fellow engineers.
• Experience with planning, design, development, optimization, documentation, maintenance, and performance of statewide core network.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support at a senior level for Core Network Routing and maintenance.
• Provide technical support for installation, operation, trouble shooting, and repair of Core network hardware.
• Coordinate multiple networking projects across agencies; installations and decommissions included.
• Evaluate network systems and determine patch/upgrade needs; analyse future technical needs.
• Develop and maintain procedures, create documentation, and assist clients and IT staff.
• Mentor, train and provide ongoing guidance to fellow engineers.
• Standard daytime hours 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; be ready for flexible hours during updates.
