Job summary

TWG Global AI seeks an on-chain engineering leader to own ingestion, attribution, and composability decoding for the DeFi Integrity Engine. This role also co-owns UMA oracle-surveillance R&D, reflecting a dual responsibility from evolving scope.

Based onsite in Santa Monica or New York, you will drive end-to-end data workflows, trace funds across chains, and push forward cross-chain surveillance and detection capabilities with a security-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Read and decode on-chain transactions and events, focusing on DeFi and settlement flows.
• Index chain data at scale and convert it into detector-ready tables.
• Trace funds across chains for provenance and surveillance purposes.
• Understand DeFi mechanics and how they could be used to manipulate markets.
• Evaluate wallet-clustering feeds to anchor attribution with a trustable identity layer.
• Know UMA/optimistic-oracle resolution and dispute mechanisms for surveillance.

Responsibilities

• Own the on-chain ingestion path end to end from events to versioned tables.
• Decode settlement mechanics and the surrounding composability layer.
• Own attribution substrate: integrate wallet clustering feeds with on-chain data.
• Trace funds across chains and bridges for provenance and surveillance.
• Co-own optimistic-oracle surveillance R&D and related stack features.
• Provide chain data and signals into the shared detection stack.
