Qualifications

Experience supporting ERP and WMS integrations.
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and data analysis skills.
Experience with EDI transaction management and trading partner onboarding.
Responsibilities
Support integrations between Microsoft Dynamics 365, WMS, eCommerce, and 3PL systems.
Monitor order, inventory, and shipment data flows across channels.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration and EDI issues.
Manage day-to-day EDI transactions and support onboarding of new partners.
Communicate technical issues to business users and IT.
Maintain technical documentation for integration and EDI processes.
