Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of experience in systems integration, EDI, or omnichannel operations.
• Experience supporting ERP and WMS integrations.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and data analysis skills.
• Experience with EDI transaction management and trading partner onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Support integrations between Microsoft Dynamics 365, WMS, eCommerce, and 3PL systems.
• Monitor order, inventory, and shipment data flows across channels.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration and EDI issues.
• Manage day-to-day EDI transactions and support onboarding of new partners.
• Communicate technical issues to business users and IT.
• Maintain technical documentation for integration and EDI processes.
