GuidePoint Security is hiring a Senior Security Consultant – Okta Access Management to join our delivery team on a full-time basis. This fully remote role requires an IAM engineer/architect who can lead complex Okta engagements from design through implementation with minimal oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of hands-on Identity and Access Management experience.
• 4+ years of implementation experience with Okta OIE (Workforce Identity).
• Proficiency in Okta Workflows and API-driven automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and implementation of Okta OIE solutions (SSO, MFA, lifecycle).
• Architect and build Auth0 solutions for customer identity use cases.
• Develop federation architectures using SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OIDC.
• Mentor junior staff and lead client workshops; deliver runbooks and designs.
• Engage in presales activities, scoping, and solution demonstrations.
