Job summary

Xalient is seeking an experienced Senior Okta Architect to join our North American Access Management Services team. You will bring deep expertise in Okta's Identity platform to design, implement and optimise modern identity and access management solutions for enterprise clients.

You will lead technical implementations of SSO, MFA, Okta Workflows, and identity governance while translating complex requirements into secure, scalable designs and guiding delivery from design through deployment.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience implementing Okta's Identity stack in enterprise environments.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of SSO, MFA, Okta Workflows, lifecycle management, and governance.
• Ability to translate complex customer requirements into secure, scalable identity solutions.
• Proven track record providing technical leadership on identity projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Okta identity solutions that meet customer security, operational and business requirements.
• Lead or contribute to the technical implementation of SSO, MFA, Okta Workflows, identity lifecycle management and identity governance capabilities.
• Develop and refine identity architectures, configurations and implementation approaches in line with security best practices.
• Work with customers to understand their existing identity environments, identify gaps and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
• Translate business and technical requirements into practical implementation plans and architectural designs.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout identity implementation projects, from design through testing, deployment and optimisation.
• Troubleshoot complex identity integrations and support the resolution of technical challenges.
• Collaborate with consultants, engineers, project teams and customer stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
• Help customers strengthen their identity security posture through effective access controls and modern identity capabilities.
• Contribute to technical documentation, knowledge sharing and the continuous development of Xalient's Access Management services.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Okta Architect to join our North American Access Management Services team. In this role, you will bring deep technical expertise in Okta's Identity platform, helping customers design, implement and optimise modern identity and access management solutions.

You will work across the technical implementation of Okta's identity capabilities, including Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Okta Workflows, identity lifecycle management and identity governance. You will translate complex customer requirements into secure, scalable and maintainable solutions, ensuring that identity services support both business objectives and security requirements.

This role is suited to a senior identity professional who combines strong technical implementation skills with consulting expertise. You will work closely with customers and technical teams to address complex identity challenges, guide implementation decisions and deliver effective identity solutions.
