Job summary

Globe Life is seeking an experienced OIPA Configurator III to configure and maintain the OIPA system for life and health products. You will partner with business and technical teams to deliver configurations across implementations, enhancements, and production support, guiding best practices while leading configurators through key project phases.

This is a remote/work-from-home position, requiring deep knowledge of OIPA, XSLT, and REST services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 8+ years hands-on OIPA configuration on life/health products.
• Strong knowledge of life/health insurance products and core functions.
• Advanced OIPA configuration expertise and REST services.
• Ability to lead configurators and guide best practices.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret docs to develop complex OIPA transactions with autonomy.
• Evaluate complex business requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Develop AsFile, Real-time, and Push integration services; research capabilities.
• Lead other configurators during project phases and production support.
• Design logical queries for calculations and reporting; optimize data flow.
• Prepare design diagrams and Technical Design Documents.
