Responsibilities

• Partner with business units to understand operational needs and provide practical legal guidance on commercial transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts including MSAs, scopes of work, confidentiality agreements, and IT agreements.
• Advise on regulatory requirements and company policies to ensure compliance.
• Provide legal support to Human Resources on employment-related matters.
• Provide legal support to HSER teams on related matters.
• Coordinate and oversee outside counsel; mentor less experienced attorneys.
