Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Integrates OIE objectives into campaign and operational plans, ensuring information effects align with commander intent and operational design.
• Synchronizes information forces with maneuver, joint fires, and non-kinetic activities to achieve desired effects in the information environment.
• Designs, authors, and integrates OIE OPORD inputs, annexes, appendices, tabs, and supporting planning products into joint planning and execution.
• Integrates intelligence, targeting, and collection requirements to inform OIE planning, execution, and decision-making.
• Develops and incorporates measures of performance and effectiveness, evaluation frameworks, and assessment plans to support continuous monitoring and adaptation of OIE activities.
• Coordinates and synchronizes OIE planning and execution with interagency partners, allies, coalition forces, academia, industry vendors, and DoD/DoW stakeholders to ensure unity of effort and de-confliction.
• Integrates DoD/DoW Rewards Program planning into OIE efforts to incentivize desired behaviors, enable information collection, and support operational objectives in accordance with authorities.
• Ensures legal, policy, attribution, and operational risk considerations are embedded in OIE plans while producing decision-quality OIE assessments, briefs, and recommendations for senior leaders.
• Conducts senior/executive-level briefings to GO/FO/SES decision-makers to secure approval for OIE concepts, plans, and operations.
