Job summary

Deepsea-Technologies in Houston, TX seeks an experienced Service Technician for subsea and topside hydraulic control systems. You will assemble, test, and operate subsea distribution hardware and HPUs, interpret schematics and P&IDs, and ensure safety and quality in offshore environments.

You will liaise with clients, prepare maintenance manuals, and travel offshore internationally as required; a valid passport and offshore certifications are essential.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret schematics, P&IDs, sketches and instructions.
• Assemble, test and operate subsea production control systems and related equipment.
• Maintain safety as a top priority in all tasks and offshore operations.
• Follow safety and quality programs and document processes.

Responsibilities

• Read, understand and interpret schematics, P&IDs, sketches and written instructions to assemble parts or products and operate equipment.
• Assemble, test and operate subsea production control systems, drilling HPUs, IWOCS, LARS operations, test HPUs, chemical injection units and distribution hardware per specs.
• Ensure safety is prioritized during operations, assembly and testing; participate in safety/quality programs.
• Prepare daily reports, service tickets, test reports and Non-Conformance Reports; liaise with clients as required during operations.
