Job summary

Praxis Group seeks an experienced fiduciary professional to administer a portfolio of client cases and trusts, ensuring accuracy in book-keeping and reporting. You will work with the fiduciary management team to protect assets, manage risk, and deliver a high-quality service.

You will build long-term client relationships, liaise with advisors and third parties, and stay informed about offshore structures and regulatory requirements to optimize profitability and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• A-level educated with 5–10 years in fiduciary services.
• Good knowledge of offshore fiduciary services and related structures.
• Proven track record in client relationship management.
• Knowledge of compliance issues and regulatory frameworks (JFSC).

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day administration of a portfolio of fairly complex client cases.
• Book-keeping entries and preparation of financial reports and statements.
• Understand offshore structures and ensure client/priorities are met.
• Develop long-term client relationships with confidentiality.
• Liaise with investment advisors, asset managers and third parties.
• Review financial reports and assess risk to protection of assets.
• Communicate changes in market conditions affecting portfolios.
• Identify improvements to service and profitability.
• Support governance, risk management and compliance policies.
