Job summary

Mentor IMC Group is seeking a Senior Drilling Completion Supervisor for a contract role on an offshore rig in Paramaribo, Suriname. You will oversee drilling and completion operations, enforce safety and well-control procedures, and coordinate logistics with the DCSI.

You will lead the offshore team, mentor on-board personnel, and drive performance improvements through lessons learned and best practices in deepwater environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent with 5+ years in drilling operations.
• Strong knowledge of offshore and deepwater environments.
• Experience supervising offshore teams and ensuring HSE compliance.

Responsibilities

• Review drilling and completion programs and supervise on-site implementation.
• Enforce well control procedures on the rig and coordinate with DCSI.
• Lead offshore crew, mentor DCSV/DCASV when onboard.
• Coordinate logistics to optimize rig operations and minimize NPT.
• Promote safe working practices and timely incident reporting.
• Participate in lessons learned and performance improvements.
