RTX Corporation is seeking a highly motivated Program Manager to support a dynamic portfolio of advanced technology efforts within the Offensive Systems Engineering organization. This onsite role in Tucson requires coordinating program activities, planning and reporting, and ensuring alignment with technical, cost, and schedule objectives.

Qualifications

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and 8+ years engineering experience.
• Experience supporting IRAD and/or CRAD efforts, including planning, execution tracking, or reporting.
• Ability to obtain/maintain a U.S. government-issued Secret security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsabilités

• Monitor program progress, identify issues, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain cost, schedule, and technical performance.
• Develop, maintain, and track program plans, milestones, budgets, and resource needs.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams, leadership, and stakeholders with clear status visibility.
• Participate in risk and opportunity management, including mitigation actions.
• Prepare and deliver program metrics, presentations, and monthly status updates.
• Ensure adherence to RTX program management processes and contractual requirements.
