Job summary

Anduril Industries in California is seeking a Senior Offensive Security Engineer to advance our product security practice. You will assess security posture across software, hardware and firmware and work with engineering teams to inject resiliency into products.

You will lead red team engagements, test real-world attack vectors, and help design defensive mitigations. A background in software or systems engineering and ability to obtain a U.S. Secret clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Experience assessing the security posture of software and hardware.
• Experience leading offensive security engagements.
• Experience with cloud based and containerized environments (AWS, Azure, Kubernetes).
• Experience assessing and improving the security of mobile devices (Android and/or iOS).
• Experience with one or more programming languages (Rust, C/C++, Golang, Swift).
• Strong and professional communication skills (written and verbal).
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assesses security posture of software, hardware and firmware, and third‑party components used in our products.
• Provides expertise on attack vectors and works with teams to implement and test mitigations.
• Plans for, builds and maintains capabilities needed to execute red team projects.
