Job summary

Crowe is seeking an Offensive Security Senior Consultant to lead high-value cybersecurity engagements across industries, focusing on offensive security and risk solutions. You will work with our Cybersecurity team to perform advanced assessments, deliver practical findings, and help clients improve security posture.

As you grow, you will mentor junior consultants, contribute to service line innovation, and help shape our approach to AI-enabled security tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information systems, CS, cybersecurity, engineering, or related field.
2+ years in cybersecurity or related consulting/industry roles.
Deep working knowledge of Windows, Linux/Unix and databases (SQL, Oracle).
Knowledge of networks and the seven-layer OSI model.
Proficiency with offensive security tools and frameworks (Metasploit, Burp Suite, BloodHound, Nmap).
Detection engineering or blue team evasion techniques.
Strong scripting or programming skills.
Interest in AI and automation tools in cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

Lead Offensive Security engagements including internal and external network penetration testing.
Evaluate and test IT controls, security configurations, and interface security.
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders including C-suite and board-level leadership.
Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team development.
Participate in practice development and service line innovation.
