Job summary

Bluehawk, LLC is seeking a Counterintelligence Specialist (Support to Offensive CI Operations) in Pearl City, Hawaii. This position provides critical expertise in coordinating and executing Offensive Counterintelligence activities across the Indo-Pacific region. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience as a CI Agent, a strong background in risk assessment, and the ability to deliver actionable briefings for senior leadership. Successful candidates must be able to obtain Special Access Program access.

Qualifications

• Certified CI Agent with experience in offensive CI Operations.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) access.
• Strong background in operational planning and risk assessment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Offensive CI Operations across USINDOPACOM.
• Conduct SME reviews to evaluate risk versus gain for CI activities.
• Prepare and deliver briefings to senior leaders regarding OFCO updates.
