Reporting to the Americas Occupancy Planning Lead, you will act as a strategic partner bridging the line of business goals with creative space solutions.You are a Subject Matter Expert in the client's workplace programs, utilizing data analytics to design forward-thinking occupancy plans, migration schedules, and group-level sequencing. A master of navigating ambiguity, you will model superior client relationship management, guiding both your team and stakeholders through the evolution of the workplace.### ****Key Responsibilities***** Strategic Planning & Delivery: Translate complex business requirements into occupancy plans and space solutions, utilizing industry best practices, sharing ratios, and neighborhood workplace programs.* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison between the client and internal partners.
