Qualifications

• This role requires MD or equivalent medical degree and board-certified or eligible endocrinology/obesity training.
• Extensive experience in clinical development and cross-functional team leadership.
• Proven track record with regulatory filings and health authority interactions.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative clinical strategies to shorten development cycles amid regulatory changes.
• Design robust Phase 2/3 programs and inform target selection with discovery teams.
• Lead PK/PD and safety characterization plans for early clinical testing.
• Safeguard patient safety and oversee signal detection from post‑marketing surveillance.
• Serve as medical expert in external engagements and publications strategy.
• Ensure high-quality regulatory documents, study reports, and submissions.
