Job summary

Aquatech is seeking an O&M Bid Manager to lead the development of competitive, profitable bids for industrial water and wastewater opportunities. Based in Houston, TX or Canonsburg, PA, or willing to relocate, you will coordinate cross-functional teams to translate customer requirements into executable offers.

The role emphasizes pricing strategy, risk management, and lifecycle costing, with 15+ years in industrial water experience and strong proposal-writing skills.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Science or Engineering or related discipline.
• Fifteen (15+) years of industrial Water/Waste Water experience, including O&M contracts.
• Experience in bid management, pricing strategy, and contract review.
• Strong written and verbal communication for commercial proposals.
• Ability to coordinate with operations, legal, procurement, and finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end preparation of O&M bids, tenders, and proposals.
• Develop pricing models, cost estimates, and bid strategies for profitability.
• Review RFQs/RFPs to identify requirements, risks, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build executable bid submissions.
• Own the commercial narrative, pricing rationale, and contract assumptions.
• Support negotiations with pricing structures and risk allocation.
