Morrison Living in the senior dining sector seeks a driven Nutrition Care Manager (CDM or DTR) to make a real impact in senior living. You’ll collaborate with a Registered Dietitian to support resident health through personalized nutrition care and lead daily dining operations.

The role blends clinical insight, team leadership, and purpose-driven work—shaping menus and improving outcomes while maintaining compliance. Your contributions truly matter.

Qualifications

• Degree in nutrition, dietetics, or related field.
• CDM/DTR credential is preferred.
• Experience in senior living, healthcare foodservice, or supervisory roles is a plus.
• ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Familiarity with MS Office, EMRs, nutrient analysis, and diet office systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct nutrition screenings and implement care plans in collaboration with a Registered Dietitian.
• Plan resident-centered menus and oversee high-quality dining experiences.
• Lead and develop dining services staff while ensuring food safety compliance.
• Lead quality improvement efforts to boost resident satisfaction and clinical outcomes.
• Ensure HIPAA, federal, and state regulations compliance in nutrition care and foodservice.
