Job summary

• Minimum 2 years supervisory/management experience.
• Experience in geriatric long-term care or health care setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing services; administer IV therapy; manage controlled substances.
• Develop nursing service philosophy and standards.
• Review policies; develop job descriptions with HR.
• Coordinate with departments; staff scheduling; ensure sufficient staffing.
• Participate in PI monitoring, infection control, audits; participate in surveys.
