UPMC in Mechanicsburg seeks a Clinician Fellow to model advanced nursing practice and lead in clinical care, teaching, and evidence-based practice. You will collaborate with unit leadership to promote excellence in patient care and staff development.

Under the Unit Director or Department Manager, you will participate in staff evaluations, on-boarding, and performance management, while providing staff education and coordination of clinical activities across shifts.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years experience.
• BSN if not at time of hire must be enrolled within one year.
• MSN or CNL preferred.
• Ability to establish and maintain positive professional relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Leads clinical nursing practice and identifies opportunities for improvement.
• Partners with unit leadership on quality outcomes and staff development.
• Oversees performance management and staff on-boarding.
• Mentors staff and supports education and knowledge sharing.
• Supports precepting student nurses and new clinicians.
