Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing required.
• Massachusetts license as RN in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provides care within safe nursing practice and HSL core competencies.
• Collaborates with MD/NP, nurses, social worker, therapists, and dietitian to meet patient needs.
• Maintains plan of care with individualized approach and updates as needed.
• Documents in electronic medical record and ensures safe, effective care.
• Delegates to LPNs and nursing assistants and supervises them.
• Participates in rounds, outcomes monitoring, and quality improvement activities.
