Job summary

Conviva Senior Primary Care is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to apply advanced clinical skills for optimal patient outcomes. You will diagnose, treat and manage acute and chronic conditions, prescribe medications, and conduct examinations.

You may advise executives on strategic clinical initiatives and operate with minimal supervision. This role requires a valid NP/PA license in the appropriate state and includes a TB screening program.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner/PA license in the appropriate state.
• 8+ years of technical experience and 2+ years of project leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree and advanced nursing qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose illnesses and provide treatment to patients.
• Prescribe medications and conduct examinations.
• Advise executives on functional strategies and uses independent judgment on complex issues.
• Work with minimal supervision and participate in TB screening program.
