AdventHealth Winter Garden is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to lead a clinical unit. You will oversee staffing, budget management, and orientation, fostering a positive, inclusive work environment to deliver high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities include leading performance improvement, applying evidence-based practice changes, ensuring compliance with standards, guiding interdisciplinary teams, and maintaining open communication with patients and staff.

Qualifications

• Requires RN licensure and BLS certification.
• Experience leading nursing teams and performance improvement.
• Strong communication and budgeting skills.
• Ability to apply evidence-based practice on a unit.
