The candidate will hold a BSN (MSN preferred), possess RN and BLS certifications, and bring at least 2 years of acute care experience. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for this role.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 7-3p, flexible with on-call requirement

• Oversees staff performance, manages staffing, hiring, orientation, and discipline, while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Manages budgets and resources, maintains appropriate staffing and understands healthcare finance.
