Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of nursing experience.

  • Licensure must be current in the state of the facility or under NLC.

Responsibilities

  • Precepts students, graduate nurses, and new hires, providing learning opportunities and seeking feedback.
  • Apply the nursing process within Relationship Based Care to create a healing environment and plan care.
  • Serve as a unit leader in clinical expertise, teaching, or evidence-based practice, and participate in shared governance.
  • Foster professional relationships and maintain a healthy workplace culture.
  • Identify opportunities for clinical quality and workplace improvement.
