Job summary

NORTH EAST MEDICAL SERVICES in Burlingame, CA, seeks a Nurse Case Manager to coordinate patient care and ensure integration across services. This role requires a California RN license and at least 3 years of managed healthcare case management experience.

Qualifications

• Valid California Registered Nurse license.
• Minimum 3 years managed healthcare case management experience.
• Ability to manage a minimum of 50 clients at any given time.
• Experience working with individuals with multiple diagnoses.
• Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) required.
