Constellation is seeking a Senior Regulatory/Technical professional to support nuclear plant operations and regulatory decision-making. The role emphasizes licensing actions, compliance with NRC/NEI/INPO guidelines, and delivering expert analyses.

The candidate will coordinate regulatory activities, ensure licensing basis integrity, and drive impactful regulatory projects across the organization. A strong engineering background and extensive experience in regulatory affairs are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent technical degree.
• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience.
• Superior regulatory/technical expertise in a specific area and recognized regulatory resource.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Approval of VP Licensing & Regulatory Affairs required to obtain this classification.
• Maintain minimum access requirements or unescorted access as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced regulatory and technical tasks in support of nuclear plant operations.
• Conduct independent research, reviews, and analyses for regulatory/technical programs.
• Provide regulatory/technical expertise to develop, manage, and implement licensing activities.
• Ensure licensing basis management and compliance with procedures, codes, and regulations.
• Offer regulatory/technical consultation to identify and resolve issues.
• Lead or support task management of regulatory issues.
• Suggest concepts to improve performance, reduce costs, and simplify compliance.
• Support design modifications, testing, and problem solving within regulatory scope.
• Ensure all regulatory products meet procedures and licensing requirements.
