Job summary

WECTEC Staffing Services, a wholly owned subsidiary of Westinghouse Electric Company LLC, seeks a Project Scheduler to maintain schedules for online and outage work in Perry, Ohio. You will coordinate with multiple groups, track milestones, and minimize downtime while ensuring safety and compliance.

The role reports to the Senior Manager of Projects and requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, 5+ years of experience, and proficiency with P6 and MS Project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 5+ years of scheduling experience in complex projects.
• Proficient in P6, Microsoft Project and other scheduling tools.
• Experience with nuclear operation processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop schedules for online and outages following fleet/station standards.
• Coordinate with onsite/offsite groups to gather data for schedule development.
• Coordinate activities to minimize downtime and plant risk.
• Communicate schedule issues to Site Manager and Project Manager promptly.
• Attend team meetings and report on the schedule.
• Support development and updates of Project Health Reports for PRC meetings.
