Job summary

WECTEC Staffing Services, a wholly owned subsidiary of Westinghouse Electric Company LLC, seeks a Project Manager for nuclear level 4 projects in Homestead, FL. The role involves leading complex nuclear programs, coordinating cross‑discipline teams and overseeing schedules, costs and risk management.

Strong leadership with 10+ years in nuclear environments and proficiency in P‑6/N‑EO and Excel are preferred. Travel to other nuclear sites is required as outages and planned projects occur.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of nuclear experience, including 7 years in a leadership role.
• Manages high‑impact nuclear engineering or construction projects, including plant modifications on safety‑related systems.
• Experience in P‑6, N‑EO and strong Excel skills are desired.
• Position requires periodic travel to other nuclear sites to support outages or planned projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects to ensure completion by the scheduled date.
• Create plans, cost analyses, schedules, estimations, and reports to communicate project deliverables and status.
• Coordinate engineering, construction and other functional resources to complete project goals.
• Lead and coach schedulers, cost engineers and estimators regarding project significance.
• Manage all related project controls and systems to support project development tasks.
• Perform other job‑related duties as assigned.
