Westinghouse Electric Company in Cranberry Township, PA, seeks a Principal Fluid Systems Engineer to design, develop and maintain fluid systems for nuclear projects. You will own system requirements, the P&ID, and lead piping design with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include thermal-hydraulic analyses, mentoring engineers, and leading small teams on projects while collaborating with customers and regulators. Hybrid work with 2 days on-site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering in Mechanical, Chemical, or Nuclear.
• Minimum 8 years of applicable experience.
• Experience with MathCad, MATLAB, or VBA.
• Familiarity with testing and testing analysis.
• Ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain fluid systems for nuclear plant projects.
• Own system requirements and the P&ID, overseeing detailed piping design.
• Perform thermal-hydraulic and piping network analyses.
• Lead small project teams and mentor engineering personnel.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in customer meetings.
