The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in engineering, at least 6 years of experience (1 in nuclear), and proficiency in engineering software tools. A PE license is preferred, and travel flexibility is required.
Qualifications
Minimum 6 years of engineering experience, with at least 1 year in the nuclear power industry.
Strong technical background in structural design, mechanics of materials, and seismic analysis.
Ability to obtain and maintain nuclear site unescorted access clearance.
Responsibilities
Develop and deliver detailed scopes, technical justifications, installation, and testing requirements for nuclear engineering design changes.
Perform and review complex engineering calculations including stress, structural, and dynamic/seismic analyses.
Coordinate and support implementation of design changes, including work order reviews and construction support.
