Job summary

A workforce solutions provider is seeking an experienced engineer to support design changes across a nuclear fleet. This position involves delivering technical expertise in structural, seismic, and stress analysis for safe execution of nuclear projects. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in engineering, at least 6 years of experience (1 in nuclear), and proficiency in engineering software tools. A PE license is preferred, and travel flexibility is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of engineering experience, with at least 1 year in the nuclear power industry.
• Strong technical background in structural design, mechanics of materials, and seismic analysis.
• Ability to obtain and maintain nuclear site unescorted access clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver detailed scopes, technical justifications, installation, and testing requirements for nuclear engineering design changes.
• Perform and review complex engineering calculations including stress, structural, and dynamic/seismic analyses.
• Coordinate and support implementation of design changes, including work order reviews and construction support.
