Job summary

SupportFinity™ is seeking a Senior New Product Introduction Manufacturing Engineer to lead efforts in launching new optical, mechanical, and electrical modules into manufacturing. This full-time position, based in California, demands strong engineering expertise with a focus on manufacturability and quality.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, a relevant bachelor's degree, and hands-on skills in statistical tools. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plans, and generous vacation time.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or NPI.
• Hands-on experience with DOE, SPC, FMEA, MSA, GR&R.
• Experience with statistical tools for process capability analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead NPI activities including Operations Readiness Reviews.
• Develop and document end-to-end manufacturing processes.
• Identify yield, cycle time, and cost-reduction opportunities.
