Job summary

Vantage MedTech in Olathe, KS is seeking a Senior NPI Engineer to lead New Product Introduction efforts, ensuring smooth transition from design to scalable manufacturing. You will direct cross-functional teams across engineering and manufacturing, drive DFM and DFA initiatives, and maintain process controls for long product lifetimes.

The role requires 5+ years of experience, strong communication, and knowledge of cGMP and ISO 13485.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in engineering, manufacturing, or program management.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to execute projects.
• Knowledge of cGMP, ISO 13485 and production requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead NPI activities for new products, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Act as primary interface between development and manufacturing during design transfer.
• Develop and improve manufacturing processes for product realization and scale-up.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
