Job summary

TechDigital Group in Columbus, GA seeks an experienced Tech Lead for Client NonStop applications. You will lead design, development, enhancement, and maintenance of mission-critical systems, with hands-on TAL, TACL, COBOL, SQL and Pathway expertise.

The role includes production support, performance tuning, and collaboration across teams. The ideal candidate has 7–10 years in Client NonStop development, proven debugging skills, and a track record of stable delivery in a regulated enterprise

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience with Client NonStop application development.
• Hands-on expertise with TAL, TACL, COBOL, SQL on NonStop.
• Experience leading production support, troubleshooting, and release management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Client NonStop applications using TAL or Pathway.
• Support online transaction processing systems.
• Build and support batch processing components.
• Integrate with Pathway and Client NonStop SQL.
• Troubleshoot production issues in NonStop environments.
• Enhance and maintain legacy Tandem applications.
• Provide technical leadership for code reviews and RC management.
• Collaborate with business, operations, QA and infra teams to ensure stable delivery.
