Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Non-Human Identity Senior Consultant to join the Cyber team in the United States. You will assess, design, and implement controls for non-human identities across cloud and hybrid environments, focusing on governance, secrets management, and privileged access.

Travel is expected 25-50%, with opportunities to contribute to practice development and client solutions. Responsibilities include leading workstreams, advising on high- and low-level design, and developing runbooks,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 4+ years of experience developing, implementing, or architecting information systems.
• 4+ years implementing Privileged Access Management or secrets management in cloud/hybrid environments.
• 4+ years with at least one enterprise PAM or secrets management platform such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea, Vault, AWS Secrets Manager, or Azure Key Vault.
• 4+ years of experience in 3+ of the listed technical areas.
• Ability to travel 25-50% on average.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Assess client environments to identify Non-Human Identity risks and governance gaps.
• Design and deploy governance, privileged access, and secrets management across cloud and hybrid platforms.
• Implement controls like credential vaulting, rotation, just-in-time access, and workload identity federation.
• Advise on Non-Human Identity architecture, procedures, and runbooks.
• Lead project workstreams, support proposals, and contribute reusable assets.
