Job summary

Unisys is seeking a Senior NodeJS Full Stack Developer to join our team building enterprise-grade financial technology solutions. This hybrid role requires 3 days onsite in Rockville, MD or Tysons, VA, with strong backend Node.js skills and willingness to work with Java or other languages.

You will design and deploy production-grade applications, develop Angular front-ends, create Playwright tests, and implement CI/CD with Jenkins or GitHub Actions, while leveraging AWS services such as Lambda,

Qualifications

• Senior NodeJS full stack developer with enterprise-grade experience.
• 3 days onsite hybrid work in Rockville, MD or Tysons, VA.
• Experience with Node.js backend and Angular frontend in a monorepo.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy production-grade applications using OO principles and robust database technologies.
• Develop enterprise-level solutions in Agile environments, contributing to iterative delivery and continuous improvement.
• Apply software engineering best practices including automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and configuration management.
• Develop front-end components with Angular 16+ (RxJS, Ngx Formly) in a monorepo architecture.
• Create comprehensive end-to-end test suites using Playwright with TypeScript, covering integration and performance testing.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD workflows using Jenkins and/or GitHub Actions.
• Architect cloud-native, event-driven solutions leveraging AWS services including Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, SQS/SNS, S3, RDS, DocumentDB, DynamoDB, and ECS.

About the Role:

We’re looking for a talented and experienced Senior NodeJS Full Stack Developer to join our team building enterprise-grade financial technology solutions. This hybrid position allows flexibility with 3 days onsite in Rockville, MD or Tysons, VA. Ideal candidates are skilled backend engineers proficient in Node.js, but open to working with Java or other programming languages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deploy production-grade applications using object-oriented principles and robust database technologies.
• Develop enterprise-level solutions in Agile development environments, contributing to iterative delivery and continuous improvement.
• Apply software engineering best practices including automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and configuration management.
