Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of research or industry experience in NLP/LLMs or related ML fields.
• Experience leading complex, multi-stage research projects from problem definition to publication or deployment.
• Track record of publications at peer-reviewed NLP/ML venues.
• Hands-on experience training/fine-tuning/evaluating LLMs using PyTorch.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute original research on large language models (LLMs) and related areas.
• Lead end-to-end research projects from conception to production deployment.
• Develop architectures, objectives, and data strategies to improve language model capabilities.
• Build evaluation frameworks and benchmarks across diverse tasks and domains.
• Mentor researchers and engineers, sharing methodology and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to translate research into production AI systems.
