Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, NLP, or related field.
• 5+ years hands-on NLP and LLM experience with successful projects.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Experience with NLP libraries: NLTK, spaCy, Transformers.
• Solid ML/deep learning knowledge.
• Excellent problem solving, communication, and leadership.
• Ability to mentor junior data scientists.
• Stays up-to-date with NLP/LLM advancements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and deployment of NLP models and algorithms for text data analysis.
• Utilize Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT-3, BERT, or similar for NLP tasks.
• Preprocess, clean, and feature engineer text data for analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives and requirements.
• Extract insights, sentiment analysis, entity recognition, and more.
• Mentor and guide junior data scientists within the team.
• Stay updated with latest NLP, LLM, and AI research.
• Lead and contribute to R&D projects related to language understanding and generation.
