Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, statistics, applied math, information science, or related field.
• 10+ years of IT experience or 18+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Strong hands-on NLP, text processing, information extraction, Python, SQL, and Regex.
• Experience with NER, entity resolution, record linkage, and data matching.
• Proficient with spaCy and Scikit-learn libraries.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain data processing and entity resolution pipelines using Python and SQL.
• Apply NLP and text-processing techniques to clean, match, standardize, and extract info from data.
• Develop solutions using NER, TF-IDF/Cosine Similarity, Blocking/Indexing, and address standardization.
• Optimize complex SQL queries for performance and scalability.
• Perform data cleansing, transformation, validation, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Participate in code reviews and follow version control, data security, and reproducibility best practices.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
