Job summary

Novant Health Neurology & Sleep - Midtown is hiring an END Technologist III to perform neurodiagnostic procedures and supervise fellow technologists. The position encompasses performing EEG and EMG studies while managing patient caseloads and ensuring their safety.

Qualified candidates will have extensive experience in neurodiagnostics, with a focus on patient care and technical accountability, paired with opportunities for professional growth and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years experience in neurodiagnostics procedures or two years in surgical monitoring.
• Registered/certified in a neurodiagnostics field is required.
• Demonstrated competence in at least one additional area of neurodiagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Perform EEG and EMG studies with training available.
• Prepare patients for testing and apply electrodes.
• Manage approximately 6 to 7 patients daily, ensuring comfort and safety.
• Assist with report preparation and documentation.
• Troubleshoot neurodiagnostic equipment and systems.
