Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead small, complex research projects or major parts of larger studies.
• Supervise technicians and undergraduate students.
• Perform FACS and MACS analysis and sorting for lab projects.
• Maintain cell cultures and coordinate cell/animal availability.
• Prepare cells from brain tissues for analysis and run flow cytometry instruments.
• Collaborate with investigators to design protocols and proposals.
• Prepare reports and assist in publications.
• Ensure health and safety and comply with lab policies.
• Train staff and students in lab techniques.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and supplies.
