Job summary

IRB USA Inspire Resources is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to maintain and monitor the corporate and restaurant network, security, and computing platforms across a large distributed environment.

You will monitor, troubleshoot, engineer, and resolve issues on WAN/LAN networks, implement changes, and provide guidance to IT teams. A strong background in Cisco, firewall, and data center networking is required.

Qualifications

• 4-Year Degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• CCNP-level networking knowledge preferred; active certification not required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, troubleshoot, engineer, and resolve issues across large WAN/LAN environments (routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, VoIP).
• Coordinate and implement network changes, including configuration development and deployment.
• Analyze network performance and utilization metrics; generate reports.
• Apply advanced data communications principles and network architectures; TCP/IP, routing, switching, WAN, Ethernet.
• Design and implement scalable network configurations; deliver new capabilities and enhancements.
• Provide technical guidance to IT team members; mentor Help Desk/ Desktop Support teams.
• Maintain network hardware and cabling; replacement as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
