Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, deploying, and maintaining FRCS IT network components and systems.
• Support VLANs, firewalls, remote access, and VPN solutions.
• Provide administrator-level support for end users and network devices.
• Coordinate with ISSOs to ensure proper security controls.
• Help develop documentation for Authority to Operate (ATO).
• Manage FRCS system and SAP facility drawings, capacity planning, and data calls.
• Provide monthly status reports.
