Monster Energy in Riverside, CA is seeking a Sr. Network Supply Planner to own the forward-looking supply plan across a rolling 26-week horizon. You will bridge S&OP, S&OE and IBP to ensure proactive, data-driven decisions that align service, cost, and inventory.

You will leverage SAP IBP, Power BI and Excel to transform demand signals and constraints into an executable plan, while identifying risks, optimizing capacity, and collaborating across functions to improve planning accuracy.

A Day in the Life:

The Sr. Network Supply Planner is responsible for designing and owning the forward-looking supply plan across a rolling 26-week horizon. This person will bridge tactical execution (Sales and Operations Execution [S&OE]) and long-term planning (Sales and Operations Planning [S&OP]), ensuring supply decisions are proactive, data-driven, and aligned to service, cost, and inventory objectives. Accountable for transforming demand signals, network constraints, and inventory strategy into an executable, optimized supply plan. Critical enabler of digital transformation, leveraging analytics, Integrated Business Planning (IBP) capabilities, and system-driven planning to improve decision quality and reduce execution volatility.

The Impact You'll Make:

26-Week Supply Plan Ownership:

• Own and maintain a rolling 0–26-week supply plan across assigned business units
• Translate demand forecasts, constraints, and inventory policies into an executable supply plan
• Identify risks and imbalances 6–20 weeks ahead of execution

Capacity & Network Optimization:

• Analyze internal and external (co-man) capacity constraints
• Design plans that maximize asset utlization and minimize disruption

Inventory Strategy & Policy:

• Establish and govern inventory policies (days on hand [DOH], safety stock, segmentation-based targets)
• Partner with S&OP / Inventory Optimization teams to align on service vs working capital tradeoffs
• Ensure inventory positioning supports demand variability and innovation cycles

SKU Segmentation & Run Strategy:

• Operationalize SKU segmentation (ABC / XYZ or equivalent) into planning rules
• Design production cadence strategies (weekly, monthly, quarterly) by segment
• Specifically optimize low-volume, high-variability SKUs (B/C + Y/Z) through batch planning
• Proactively identify risks and disruptors within the planning horizon
• Develop and evaluate scenario-based solutions (capacity, sourcing, inventory tradeoffs)
• Partner cross-functionally to align on migaon strategies before execution impact
• Act as the primary connection point between:
• Long-term planning (S&OP)

Execution (S&OE)

• Define and maintain clean handoffs between planning horizons
• Ensure S&OE execution is supported by a stable, well-designed plan
• Leverage SAP IBP and supporting analytics tools (Power BI, Excel)
• Utilize system outputs (inventory optimization, forecast signals, constraints) to drive decisions
• Continuously improve data quality and planning model integrity

Decision Rights & Accountability:

• Accountable for integrity of the forward supply plan (0–26 weeks)
• Owns planning tradeoffs (service, cost, inventory) within defined governance
• Escalates structural risks and capacity constraints
